RabMed Pty Ltd – Trading Terms and Conditions

  • Trading Terms
    On order via e-commerce web site or placement of PO via credit card or direct deposit. Product will be shipped once funds cleared.
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty
    All RabMed capital products are warranted against manufacturing defects. Products considered to be defective within 12 months of purchase should be returned to RabMed, for inspection and replacement (refer to Product Returns). A copy of the original invoice and a Returns Material Approval (RMA) number must be returned with the goods considered to be defective.
  • Standard Deliveries
    Orders received before 2:00pm (AEST) will be picked & dispatched the same day. Orders are sent by road and delivery times vary across Australia. Generally, delivery time is between 2-7 days.
  • Minimum Order Value
    Orders over $500 for Obagi Medical Products do not include freight charges. Any orders under this value may incur a $50 freight fee.
  • Guaranteed/Urgent Deliveries
    Orders not considered as ‘Standard’ must be phoned directly to RabMed by 2:30pm. For guaranteed deliveries, the customer may be charged for the transportation costs per service; RabMed can provide a quote for expected delivery costs for the customer’s acceptance.
  • Product Returns
    Excluding manufacturer’s defects; products will not be eligible for return, credit or exchange.

    • Returns Material Approval (RMA) Number
      All goods returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. RabMed will organise the return of products. We require a contact name, phone number and email to organise a forward consignment note and pick up from a DHL contracted courier. No returned product will be accepted unless a RMA number is shown on the returned packaging. All claims regarding product deliveries and/or damage must be reported verbally within 24 hours and in writing within 72 hours or receipt.
    • Expired Stock
      Products which reach expiry date will not be replaced or credited, unless the customer has received the stock with a shelf life of less than 6 months without agreement to accept such stock. Proof of delivery with expiry date must accompany request for return or credit.
    • Incorrectly ordered product
      Unopened, unmarked and resealable product can be returned for exchange within 7 days of the invoice date. An RMA number and a copy of the original invoice must be returned with the product.
    • No Fault Receipt of Goods
      If the customer has received goods that are different from the invoice; the customer will need to contact RabMed within 24 hours verbally and in writing within 72 hours of receipt, for exchange of the goods at no cost.
  • Transfer of Product

    • The purchaser shall not use or sell product from any premises other than the premises shown as the delivery address/es on the invoice.
    • The purchaser shall not use or sell product to persons other than persons who are not acquiring the product for the purpose of re-supply.
  • Back Orders
    All product back orders will be notified at the time of ordering or via a ‘nil’ shipment notice on the invoice. It is important that these invoices are retained for future reference.
  • Late Payment Charge
    RabMed reserves the right to charge interest at the prevailing Commonwealth bank lending rate of interest plus 2% for late payments on products supplied to the purchaser where standard payment terms differ from point 1.
  • Prices
    All prices are considered correct at the time of printing, however RabMed reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
